The Company wishes to encourage all companies that provide goods and services to the Company to demonstrate a similar commitment to the above policy.
DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT
The Company will not tolerate discriminatory behavior or harassment towards its customers, employees or agents. Allegations of such behavior will be investigated thoroughly by the Company and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against offenders if proven. This may include removal of the employee or sub-contractor from site or a referral to the Council for Racial Equality or the Equal Opportunities Commission.
Clients, employees, sub-contractors or suppliers to the Company who have suffered discriminatory behavior or harassment should bring it to the attention of the Company as soon as possible.
