Dendale Construction carry out traditional roofing works using all materials and with operatives with over 25 years experience specialising in slate, clay and peg tiles and lead related roofing work as well as all types of flat roofing and insulating. 2 Photos below showing examples of where we have been asked to investigate the causes of roof leaks to an industrial premises and showing where lack of maintenance results in significant and more costly problems. We here needed to re-roof part of this factory and carry out fabric repairs with a liquid membrane applied over the flat roof areas. This sorted the immediate problem, but now we attend on a regular basis and carry out clearing of roofs and gutters of leaves etc to ensure the roof is maintained and preventing serious problems for the future.
