We are a roofing and building maintenance company based in East London. We provide our services to Local Authorities & Housing Associations (either directly or in partnership). Church Historic buildings, insurance companies. Blue-chip companies, private surveying & architect practices, Main contractors and the general public.

We specialize in repairs and maintenance to schools, public buildings and residential properties.

We offer a complete service from surveying and defects notification surveys for planned maintenance to reactive and emergency works. We can work alongside & in partnership with other contractors & specialists where there may be these situations and can also arrange to encompass these trades/services within our scope of works package.

We have been established since 1988, working all over London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hertfordshire and have built a small company capable of delivering big results. We are able to offer our services to the individual homeowner right through to the large Local Authority or Principal contractor and have specific tradesmen and women, to deal with specific enquiries whether large or small.
