Case Study 1 - Victorian House Refurbishment

The client came to us wanting a package to project manage and deliver the whole solution

We came to them discussed the option and came up with the following list of works to fit inside their budget.

A completed full property refurbishment project in North London where we project managed and installed a new roof incorporating a Solar heating system, a complete new central heating system, complete rewire, window renewals & repairs to existing, new bathrooms and rebuilding of sections of structural walls, re-pointing of brickwork, fully re-plastered walls & ceilings and re-instatement of original cornices etc with the whole property decorated inside & out. All completed to a high standard and the pleasure of the clients who moved straight in when we had completed.

Case Study 2 - Edwardian Terraced Apartment - Islington

This Edwardian terraced apartment in Islington was refurbished from a poor condition neglected flat into a high spec and high quality refurbishment, with all original cornices, windows etc reinstated. Additionally we installed new heating, bathroom & kitchen and redecorated throughout creating a beautiful apartment that our client made available to the high end rental market.
